1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the mn444 platform in any way — including but not limited to browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the mn444 platform regardless of the device used to access it.

These Terms are effective from the date of your first use of the mn444 platform or the date of your account registration, whichever is earlier. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms. mn444 recommends that you save or print a copy of these Terms for your personal records.

2 Eligibility

• You are acting in your personal capacity and are not a professional or commercial gambler operating in a manner inconsistent with recreational use.

mn444 reserves the right to request documentation at any time to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period requested may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawal until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of services on mn444, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to the following conditions:

• You will provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method.
• You will maintain only one account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device or IP address — is strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. You must not share your account credentials with any other person.
• You will notify mn444 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

mn444 applies KYC (Know Your Customer) verification procedures in line with standard online platform practices. You may be required to submit a government-issued identity document and proof of address before withdrawals are processed. KYC verification is mandatory for all accounts prior to the processing of any withdrawal request.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

mn444 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and selected bank transfers (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification.
• All funds deposited into your mn444 account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, where technically possible. If a different withdrawal method is required, mn444 support must be contacted at [email protected].
• Processing times for withdrawals are typically under 10 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or if additional verification is required.

mn444 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, account rule violations or incomplete KYC documentation. Players will be notified of any hold placed on a withdrawal and given the opportunity to resolve the issue through the support team.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

mn444 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 for new registrations. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• mn444 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Cancelled bonuses will be removed from the player's account balance along with any associated pending winnings.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the game(s) specified in the promotion terms. Free spin winnings are subject to the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering process, or combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms.

Players who are found to be exploiting bonus structures, using automated betting strategies, or otherwise engaging in behaviour that mn444 determines to constitute bonus abuse may have their bonus balance voided, winnings forfeited, and account permanently closed without prior notice.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting and casino game play conducted through the mn444 platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. mn444 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet, except where a technical error on the platform side can be clearly demonstrated.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sports event or casino game, mn444's decision is final. For sports markets, the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g. ICC for cricket, FIFA for football) will be used to settle bets.
• mn444 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a system error, data feed error or human error. Players will be notified of any voided bets and any associated stakes will be returned to the player's account.
• Casino games at mn444 use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. mn444 does not influence or manipulate the outcomes of any casino game.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mn444 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure, with forfeiture of any balance:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without their explicit knowledge and consent.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technological means to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for regular human users.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification or at any other stage of your engagement with the platform.
• Using the platform for any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime under applicable law.

mn444 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in any investigation relating to suspected illegal activity conducted through the platform. User account data, transaction records and activity logs may be disclosed to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

8 Responsible Gaming

mn444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control of their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered users:

11 Amendments to These Terms

mn444 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect from the date they are published on mn444.vip/terms-conditions. It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the mn444 platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Where a change to these Terms materially affects a player's rights or obligations, mn444 will make reasonable efforts to communicate the change to registered players via the contact information held on their account.
